While we welcome first time writers and artists, right along with their more experienced
counterparts, we are presently only looking for credentialed editors.
Editors can work with us in two ways:
- Some writing contracts will call for HDWP to provide editing.
- Some Authors will be looking for us to recommend editors with whom they can work
directly.
We do not use the traditional publishing house approach to editors. We do not expect
editors to advocate for particular books. We just need incredibly good skills in
grammar, usage, structure, and continuity. We don’t associate an editor with a project
unless we already feel it has potential for publication.
